1. Log into Squadron at https://squadron.submix.io
2. Go to the Download page and download the desktop client.
3. Once the dmg finishes downloading, open it and drag the app icon into your Applications folder.
4. Launch Squadron and follow the instructions to set up permissions. We need access to your camera and mic to stream video and audio to your collaborators. We also ask for accessibility permissions so that your collaborators can control your screen and DAW.
5. To stream audio to your collaborator, ensure that your DAW's audio output device is set to Squadron. Squadron will also stream audio from this device to your collaborator and to the audio output device you have selected in Squadron's settings so that you can monitor output. You can access Squadron's settings by clicking on the gear icon in the left toolbar while in a session. More info about how this works here.
6. Create a session by copying the Invite Code, paste it into a messaging app or email, and invite a friend to collaborate.
7. Click the Start Session button.
